Duft means “scent” in German. And born in the Swabian Ländle, Fabian knows that the scent of success doesn’t smell like Chanel N°5, but consistency.

Push yourself a little harder every day, take one step further and then another one, and soon you’ve crossed the Alps. Even when the weather’s bad. Be a little better every day, think a little bit more out of the box, and suddenly, you can develop solutions with super new technologies that even out of the box thinkers haven’t thought of yet. Laugh a little louder at comedies, no matter what your girlfriend says. Work out a little harder in the gym, be a little better, and do a little more cooking with good friends…

Like a backhoe operator, Fabian builds more and more of his own Olympus every day. Besides our admiration, there’s only one question left: what does consistency actually smell like?
