There is a yang for every yin. Ana is pretty much the counterpart to the chaos theory. We do not know anyone who is more organized and structured, and above all, nobody with more passion for structures and processes than Ana. She is really excited because she has the opportunity to redesign our entire service management processes. Despite all the enthusiasm for order and exciting life in Berlin, Ana sometimes misses her home in Argentina. Ask her about her childhood there and especially the oiled patio. Ana might be a bit shy initially, but once you get to know her properly, she’s emphatic and fun!
