We are looking for a AWS - DevOps Consultant (f/m/d) to join our team. You will design, shape, and maintain projects for a diverse range of businesses. Whether it’s working for big enterprises or for the latest tech startups, as independent teams or as integrated experts, you are going to drive change. kreuzwerker’s projects will give you a chance to learn and take on new challenges in a variety of environments.

Your tasks

  • You play an important part in the design, realization and optimization of cloud architectures as well as in the migration from our customer to the AWS Cloud. 
  • You develop and implement solutions according to AWS best practices.
  • You stay up to date, research relevant technologies and share your knowledge with others.
  • You will actively participate in our content and knowledge formats such as blogs/case studies/open source projects as well as tech talks and conferences.

We know exactly what we want

  • Several years of experience in an AWS-focused position
  • A solid foundation in software craftsmanship using Typescript, Python or Golang
  • Confidence in using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK or Cloudformation
  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge in automation and pipelines (CI/CD)
  • A high degree of self-responsibility, structure and initiative
Nice to have:
  • AWS certifications (at least associate level)
  • Enjoy sharing your knowledge with the public, be it through open source, community events, blogs or case studies
  • Willingness to learn/improve German
