We at kreuzwerker love and live what we do, but hardly anyone fits their job better than Stefan. He optimizes structures and processes from the minor to the major with the greatest of passion. And he loves to achieve great things with little things in People & Culture.

And that’s exactly how he does it in real life: he’s not always running after a big dream, but enjoying every day, and the many great, little things it has to offer, which then add up to a big thing over time. Like spending time with friends, being alone, being in the forest, playing Donkey Kong with his partner, or discovering old candlesticks with all their dents and scratches at flea markets.

This two-legged, lover of life loves loud music and being loud himself; he almost became a back-up singer for Tic Tac Toe. (Stefan is Tic Tac Toe fan number one). But their agent never answered the phone. Lucky for us!
