Heaven sent Julian.
Really. Julian never wanted to become a firefighter or anything like that; and as you do when you don’t know what you want to do, Julian was once at a party in Berlin sometime in the aughts when he went outside, looked up at the starry sky and decided to study computer science. Out of the sheer joy of understanding and a keen interest in people in all their non-deterministic behavior. In his free time, Julian likes to program because he can create things out of a vacuum of thought that make real things happen. And just because he enjoys it so much. And as a team manager now, he makes sure that others enjoy it as well. Julian likes to use the term “enablement” and his own program is creative buoyancy with an enthusiasm and focus on agile software development. And sometimes a bit of chaos. When you meet him, he’s always happy for a good book or a new way of looking at the world.
