Intro

We tell you who we are, where we come from and where we want to go. We’d like to learn something about you, about your motivation for applying, what matters to you, and what you need to be really good.

(Tech) Interview

We roll up our sleeves together because we want to know what you’ve got on the ball. Depending on the position, a tech talk and a task may be included. You get the opportunity to meet your future colleagues and receive honest feedback from us afterwards.

Consulting & Cultural Fit

Who are you, what distinguishes you and what do you need from us to feel comfortable and develop yourself together with us? We also want to talk about our values. They are very important to us, especially when it comes to mastering challenging projects in teams.

Contract

Yes, we really like each other and can well imagine solving exciting projects and problems together, also over longer periods of time.

But of course before you finally decide to become a kreuzwerker, the important “package” - salary, continuing education budget, sufficient time for further training and quality-oriented work, your individual career plan should be perfectly in place.
