As a veteran in both the financial and the investments worlds, it’s hard to tackle Alissa with related issues or surprise her—all the “secrets” are already known to her.
After acquiring a bachelor’s in economics and a master’s in public policy and management from Tel Aviv university, Alisa began her career in Israel’s financial sector.
She started out as an equity trader at Clal Finance—one of Israel’s biggest financial companies. For the next 2 years she managed ETF-based assets and liabilities for various foreign indexes, devised strategies, executed large-scale transactions with institutional investors, and collaborated with major banks such as JPM, HSBC, and Leumi Bank.
Wanting to further her experience in risk management, Alisa began working as a risk manager at Barak capital—a leading investment group in Israel. Her job included supporting traders, trading stocks, futures, options, and currencies (among others), implementing better managerial and risk control strategies, and developing recommendations for a risk-reduced insurance strategy.
At kreuzwerker, Alisa works as our financial and resource manager; a job which enables her to truly shine and utilize her great skills to the fullest.
On a personal level, she defines herself as the ultimate dog person. She absolutely adores dogs and currently has only two of them.
