Tim Eddelbüttel

Tim has a long track record in introducing and administrating Atlassian tools.

He started his career with a 2 years practical training at an advertising company, where he was supporting maintenance of its IT system.

In the mid 2004, he joined the IT-Helpdesk Team at one of the leading aviation companies in Germany. During the decade, he introduced and administrated Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk and digital signage software “Xibo”. He was also responsible for IT-side planning, setup and support of trade fairs and events.

At the beginning of 2015, he left the IT-Helpdesk Team and started to work as a full time Atlassian Tools Admin - System Engineer. At that point, he introduced and administrated Atlassian Crowd, Bitbucket, TestLink and the intranet solution “XELOS”. He also developed and introduced IT Service Management Processes, piloted and evaluated the Identity Management Cloud Solution “Okta”, as well as introduced, piloted and evaluated a DevOps approach in “Amazon Web Services”.

Tim joined kreuzwerker in January 2018, as a strong asset to our Atlassian team. He also holds the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
