Tilman has spent his last years as a product manager and product owner in a couple of B2B software companies in Berlin, where he gathered cross-industry and business knowledge through collaborating with international corporations from various industries such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Deutsche Telekom & more. He was holistically responsible for products in the marketing world, including overall software vision and roadmap, supporting sales / marketing, managing internal & external stakeholders and steering the software development in an Kanban/Agile-approach. He is also certified as a Scrum Master.
Tilman joined kreuzwerker as an Atlassian expert assisting, guiding, and coaching our clients regarding the entire Atlassian stack. His hands-on knowledge of teams and business processes allow him to particularly help his customers implement software solutions to fulfil their business needs.
He holds a degree in political science, business administration and psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and was already soaked in the IT world as a student while working as an analyst with consulting firm Arthur D. Little and Siemens Gigaset.
He still likes to discuss and read about politics, has a love for American BBQ and tries to enjoy every minute he can spent with a good meal and good friends.
