Mariusz is the information technology professional and experienced project manager, skilled in Atlassian Stack, Automated Software Testing, Test Planning, Scrum, Web Applications, and JUnit. He graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2014.
Mariusz started his career as a game tester in 2006. At that point, he was responsible for tests of mobile content via network operators and portals, manual tests on devices (Android, iOS, Symbian, J2ME) and tests of content delivered via Java ME, BREW, SMS, MMS and WAP.
In 2010, he started a cooperation with one of the leading SEM and SEO agencies in Europe as a Senior QA Engineer, who after a certain time became a leader of QA Team. His main tasks included: preparing new boards / flows for the teams in Jira, assisting to teams in choosing between Scrum & Kanban methodologies and acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality. After successful years at the agency, Mariusz started a new position at a global leader in online proofing, also in the QA department. He was developing automated tests in Ruby and writing test cases. He also used SikuliX to introduce new automated tests for flash.
In 2015, Mariusz moved from Cracow to Warsaw and started a new position as a software tester at the company that provides outsourcing services in the field of IT solutions. He was caring of quality in every aspect of the project, from company website, through automated tests architecture, till user experience, design and usability.
Ambitious plans for the career had led Mariusz to a position of the Project Manager, Atlassian Expert, Head of Application Support, Head of Testing & more at one of IT consultancies in Warsaw. During this period, he was JIRA & Confluence Administrator, worked as Project Manager for internal projects (switch to Atlassian Service Desk), as well as designed and developed new intranet using Confluence.
For the time being, Mariusz develops Atlassian forces in kreuzwerker's Warsaw branch.
