We are looking forward to our Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d), as a team player, ambassador, 
brand ambassador and sparring partner for all sales topics with outstanding intrinsic motivation to want to make a difference…

Your tasks

- Help shape our company’s success in the long term by actively driving customer development.
- Ensure efficient sales with the support of our marketing department through appropriate measures.
- Use market research and sales data to present existing opportunities to stakeholders. 
- Build new, long-term customer relationships.
- Tap into new customer groups and increase the visibility of our professional excellence on the market.
- Act with strategic foresight while remaining flexible enough to respond, and react to changing requirements 
and unexpected opportunities. 
- Act flexibly to meet deadlines while taking a calm and measured approach to longer-term tasks.
- Juggle the workloads of different teams when necessary.
- Together with the Team Managers, ensure that our services are implemented by the consulting teams.

We roll up our sleeves together because we want to know what you’ve got on the ball. Depending on the position, a tech talk and a task may be included. You get the opportunity to meet your future colleagues and receive honest feedback from us afterwards.
